A growing Salesforce Partner in the UK is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes across a variety of industries, delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementation and transformation projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal Salesforce delivery teams and third-party stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, governance meetings and status updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner
- Support Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects within a Salesforce Partner or Consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or wider CRM expertise
- Experience managing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
- Salesforce certifications highly desirable
