A growing Salesforce Partner in the UK is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes across a variety of industries, delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementation and transformation projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce delivery teams and third-party stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, governance meetings and status updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner
  • Support Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects within a Salesforce Partner or Consultancy environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce or wider CRM expertise
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
  • Salesforce certifications highly desirable
