GCV Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own the operational infrastructure supporting its commercial activity. You will work with senior leaders, business development and the Bid Manager to ensure opportunities are managed, information is accurate and systems run smoothly.
You will manage Zoho CRM day-to-day, coordinate activity across regions, produce high-quality dashboards and reporting, and provide CRM guidance and training to the wider organisation.
