Capital.com is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance (SMF16) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (SMF17) for its UK entity. The role reports to the Group Chief Compliance Officer, with direct access to the UK Board and responsibility for the UK compliance and financial crime framework.
You will lead a second-line function, advise the UK Board and committees on regulatory risk, conduct and customer outcomes, and serve as the primary FCA contact.
