Moonpig Group in the UK is seeking an Engineering Lead for Search, based in Manchester or London with hybrid work (1–2 days in the office). You’ll split time between coding (50–75%) and guiding the team on OpenSearch‑driven features, architecture and delivery.
You’ll mentor engineers, partner with Product, Design and Data Science, and help shape the Search roadmap while maintaining technical excellence and delivery velocity.
