Lever Digital is an AI-native paid media agency working with Saa S, Tech, Fintech and e Commerce clients.

We’re a small team and everyone runs their own accounts, including the founder.

We were shortlisted for the UK Paid Media Awards 2026.

This is a delivery role.

You’ll be in the accounts every week, building campaigns, fixing tracking, reading the data and deciding what changes next.

You’ll also own the client relationships that go with them.

Alongside that, we’re building the AI-native agency of the future.

You’ll work directly with the founder and the rest of the team to ideate, create and implement AI automation across the agency.

We want someone who takes an account somewhere rather than keeps it ticking over.

Flag the problem before the client does.

Bring the recommendation to the call without waiting to be asked.

When a channel is underperforming, own it and say what you’re doing about it.

What you’ll do

Own 5 to 8 accounts end-to-end.

Mostly lead gen for B2B Saa S and Fintech. You’re the main point of contact, and you’re measured on MQLs, SQLs and pipeline rather than platform metrics.

Build and optimise the campaigns yourself.

Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube), Meta, Linked In and Microsoft Ads.

Keep the tracking honest.

GTM, GA4, Meta pixels, offline conversion imports. When the numbers don’t reconcile, you work out why.

Build the reports and run the client comms.

Put the data into something a client can act on, then lead the call.

Help build the AI-native side of the agency.

Directly with the founder.

  • What you need
  • Four years or more managing PPC hands-on. A mix of agency and in-house is preferred.
  • Google Ads as your core skill, with working knowledge of Meta and Linked In.
  • A track record against MQL, SQL or pipeline targets, not just platform performance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll lead client calls and write the recommendations that come out of them.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. Pivot tables, lookups, building something that holds up when someone else opens it.
  • Proactive with clients. You bring them things rather than waiting for them to ask.
  • Real use of AI in a professional context. You’re already working with Claude, Chat GPT or Gemini day to day and thinking about where they fit in paid media.
  • Attention to detail. You check your own work before it goes out, and you’re the one who notices the broken tag or the budget that’s drifted off pace.
  • Adaptable, and quick to pick things up. This part of the industry is changing fast and what worked last year won’t next year.
  • Low ego. You get on with things and you say early when something isn’t working.
  • Useful, not essential
  • GEO and SEO content production and optimisation. Getting pages to rank and getting brands cited in AI search results.
  • Implementing tracking yourself: GTM, GA4, offline conversion imports.
  • Google Ads scripts or API-level account management.
  • CRM integration for offline conversions (Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Who this suits

Someone who wants their name on the accounts and is comfortable being held to the result. You’ll manage your own time and have a real say in how we run things.

  • This won’t suit you if
  • You want to optimise accounts without leading the client relationship.
  • You need someone else to turn your analysis into a recommendation.
  • You go quiet when a senior stakeholder pushes back.
  • You’d rather report on CPCs and CTRs than talk about pipeline.
  • You’d rather be handed tasks than handed an outcome.

You own accounts rather than slices of them, and you work directly with the founder, with the autonomy to run your portfolio your way and support when you want to talk something through.

And you get the time to build the AI side of the agency properly rather than reading about other people doing it.
