This is a critical, highly autonomous role for an experienced PPC expert ready to take full ownership of high-value client accounts from day one. You will work directly with the Founder in a role with clear growth potential to become the Head of PPC. Reporting To: Founder
As our Senior PPC Manager, you will be accountable for the entire paid media lifecycle across client portfolios, focusing heavily on lead generation and high-efficiency e-commerce.
Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of client-specific, multi-channel PPC strategies, managing budget pacing, forecasting, and delivering clear recommendations to meet ambitious growth targets.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Hands-on campaign building and rigorous optimisation across the full spectrum of required channels:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft Ads
Technical Tracking & Data Integrity: Expertly set up and maintain critical tracking infrastructure, including GTM, GA4, Meta Pixels, and advanced Offline Conversion tracking to ensure data accuracy for reporting and optimisation.
E-commerce Specialisation: Oversee and execute Feed Optimisation using Google Merchant Center and various Feed Management tools to drive shopping performance.
Reporting & Communication: Own the reporting function, transforming data into actionable insights using platforms like Looker Studio and Agency Analytics. Lead and manage client calls and communication with confidence and authority.
What You Will Bring
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable, hands-on PPC management experience, ideally combining in-house and agency experience with significant budget accountability.
Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven, in-depth proficiency across all core required platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft).
Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of technical tracking implementation (GTM/GA4) and proficiency in Feed Optimisation.
Client Management: Experience leading client communication and strategy discussions.
Mindset: A results-driven, low-ego professional who is a strategic thinker, takes full ownership, and embodies a default to getting work done and completed.
Desirable Experience (A Strong Advantage)
- Experience managing Affiliate Marketing programs.
- Familiarity with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing lead flow and offline conversions.

- Experience across multi-market or multi-channel campaigns.
- Expertise in CRO & testing methodologies.
