About Lever Digital

Lever Digital is a data-driven, fast-growing agency specialising in significant performance gains for clients in B2B, SaaS, Fintech, and eCommerce. We are a small, dynamic team where everyone is a hands-on contributor. Join us to directly shape how a growing agency operates and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

The Opportunity

This is a critical, highly autonomous role for an experienced PPC expert ready to take full ownership of high-value client accounts from day one. You will work directly with the Founder and have a clear path to become Head of PPC. This role is more than PPC management. We are actively building the future of how this agency operates, and you will be central to that. If you are curious about where AI is taking paid media (and marketing), excited by the idea of building workflows and tools that will define the next generation of agency work, and want to do that alongside the day-to-day craft of great PPC, this is the role for you.

Working Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid (Edinburgh-based preferred)
Reporting To: Founder

What You Will Be Doing

You will own the full paid media lifecycle across our client portfolio. That means leading strategy, hands-on campaign building and optimisation across Google Ads primarily, with Meta and LinkedIn as secondary channels, managing tracking infrastructure, owning client reporting, and running client relationships directly. The other significant part of this role is one you won’t find in many job descriptions. Working closely with the Founder, you will help design and build AI-powered workflows that change how we manage accounts. This isn’t a side project. It’s a core part of what we are building together.

What You Will Bring

You will have at least five years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house background. Google Search is your core strength, and you are also comfortable with Meta and LinkedIn. You know your way around GTM and GA4, and you are used to owning client relationships rather than just executing tasks. More importantly, you are genuinely curious about AI and where it is taking this industry. You don’t need to be an AI expert but you should already be exploring tools, thinking about how they apply to paid media, and keen to build that thinking into your daily work. A background in something analytical, whether that’s computer science, maths, or something similar, is a real advantage here.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in a professional context would be a genuine plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads scripts or API-level account management.
  • CRM integration experience for offline conversion management.
  • An eye for creative best practice on Meta.
  • Experience running multi-market campaigns.

Who You Are

You are a self-starter who takes ownership without needing to be chased. You are data-driven but practical, low-ego, and focused on outcomes over credit. You communicate well with clients, and you care about doing the work properly. You are forward-looking, thinking about where this industry is heading, and you want to help build something ahead of the curve, not catch up to it later.

Why Join Us

There is a clear path to Head of PPC for the right person. You will have real autonomy over accounts and genuine input into how the agency evolves its tools, processes, and direction. You won’t be a small cog in a large machine. What you build here will matter. And you will be doing it in a culture that values transparency, quality, and continuous improvement over politics and empty process.
