We are a personal branding agency working with ambitious founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs to build their personal brands and online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and podcasts. We are selective about our clients, choosing those we genuinely believe in and want to partner with on their journey.
Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with quality, operating in a pod system where Brand Managers, Content Writers, and Designers collaborate to deliver impactful work. We have helped clients grow their LinkedIn accounts to become their number one source of inbound leads and have generated over £10M for them directly from their personal brands.

The Role
This is a solo marketing lead role, reporting directly to the founder. You will own LeverBrands' marketing channels, including socials, email, events, content, and reputation. You will lead the strategy and execution while collaborating with in-house editors, designers, and writers.
What You’ll Own
- Social Media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn): Manage all of Lever's social channels, ensuring Instagram feels alive with behind-the-scenes content and LinkedIn positions us as an authority in personal branding.
- Email & Newsletters: Own our email marketing by building and growing our subscriber base and creating engaging campaigns.
- Lead Magnets & Funnels: Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to produce lead magnets that attract the right audience.
- Events: Plan and coordinate online and in-person events to enhance our visibility.
- Website & Case Studies: Keep our website updated and converting, coordinating case studies that demonstrate our results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights to inform strategy.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support new channel launches and agency initiatives as they arise.
A Day in the Life
- Morning: Check channels, respond to engagement, and queue up content.
- Late Morning: Focus on deep work such as planning content calendars or scripting videos.
- Afternoon: Coordinate with design and writing teams on upcoming projects.
- Late Afternoon: Review analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- End of Day: Plan for the next day to ensure everything is on track.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3+ years of experience in a marketing assistant or manager role across multiple channels.
- A content-first mindset with strong writing skills and an understanding of effective content.
- Fluency in platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proactive attitude towards opportunities and tasks.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Creative confidence to work effectively with a talented team.
- Genuine enthusiasm for personal branding and related content.
KPIs
Your success will be measured on key metrics including email subscriber growth, social media follower growth, event attendance, employee-generated content output, and website traffic and conversion.
Salary
£28,000 – £36,000, depending on experience.
