Experienced Chef – Breakfast
Location: Levent Börek – Multiple London Branches (Chiswick, Fitzrovia & Islington).
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate chef to join the Levent Börek team.
This is a full-time role with opportunities to work across our London branches in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a chef in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Strong breakfast experience is essential, including preparing high-quality cooked breakfasts, eggs, brunch dishes, and morning service.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high food quality and consistency.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work across different Levent Börek branches if required.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and all-day menu items to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Support the Head Chef and help train junior team members where appropriate.
