The Role
As our Inclusion Administrative Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to both the SEND Department and Safeguarding Team, ensuring that systems, records and processes are maintained efficiently, accurately and confidentially. Working closely with the SENDCo, Deputy DSL, school staff, external agencies, parents and carers, you will help coordinate safeguarding and SEND activities, manage key information systems including CPOMS, Edukey and SIMS, organise meetings and reviews, produce reports and documentation, and support the effective delivery of inclusion services across the school. No two days are the same, and your work will play an important role in helping students receive the support they need to thrive.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly organised and professional administrator with experience of working in a busy support environment and managing sensitive information with discretion. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence using a range of IT systems and software packages. Equally important is your ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, students, families and external professionals, while remaining adaptable, proactive and solution-focused.
