Levene Property Consultants Limited are seeking an experienced RICS-registered valuer to join our Commercial Valuations team based at our offices in Woking, Surrey. The role will primarily focus on providing valuations for loan security purposes. This position would suit someone who is ambitious, seeking career growth, eager to build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Working alongside our nationwide valuations team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing RICS Red Book valuations for loan security, taxation, litigation and general market appraisals of all asset classes.
- Conducting inspections, calculating floor and site areas, researching comparables, demographics, and planning, reviewing leases and agreements, and preparing valuations and development appraisals - primarily in the Home Counties and London area.
- Working alongside the Managing Director - providing advice and support to the wider valuations team.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the commercial valuation sector.
The ideal candidate will be:

- Experienced MRICS/FRICS chartered surveyor and registered valuer with strong business acumen.
