About the Role
We\βre looking for a Hotel Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and keep LEVEN running smoothly with style, energy, and precision.
This is a hands-on operational role, working closely with our Front Desk, Bar, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams while supporting the General Manager across operational delivery, guest experience, and financial performance.
You\βll lead from the floor, not from the office setting the tone, motivating the team, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring every guest moment feels effortless and personal.
What You\βll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operation of Front Desk, Bar, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Lead by example on the floor, supporting the team during busy periods.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently delivered with warmth and personality.
Guest Experience
- Be a visible, approachable leader for guests and staff.
- Handle escalated guest queries and ensure all feedback is followed through professionally.
- Drive a culture where every guest feels welcome, comfortable and at home.
People & Team Development
- Support the GM in training, coaching, and developing the operational teams.
- Promote a collaborative, supportive work culture across all departments.
- Ensure communication flows clearly throughout the team and across shifts.
Financial & Commercial Support
- Assist the General Manager with cost control, stock management, forecasting, and labour planning.
- Identify operational efficiencies and improvements across departments.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all operations meet legal, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee emergency procedures and building responsibilities as needed.
About You

- Experienced in a supervisory or management role within hospitality (hotel experience is essential).
