This role plays a critical part in shaping how an employer brand resonates across diverse regional audiences, while also contributing to high-impact global talent marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to localise employer branding, EVP messaging, and recruitment marketing strategies—ensuring relevance, consistency, and measurable impact across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and regional nuance.
What You Will Do
- Localise and execute global talent marketing strategies: Adapt global employer branding, EVP messaging, and recruitment marketing strategies to suit regional market dynamics and talent audiences across EMEA. Act as a key connector between global strategy and local execution.
- Drive regional employer brand activation: Lead regional activation of global and local campaigns across digital channels, events, and partnerships. Increase employer brand visibility and engagement across EMEA. Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations into all marketing activities to ensure inclusive talent attraction.
- Manage regional marketing channels and content: Identify and leverage relevant regional platforms, job boards, and social media channels. Curate and create regionally relevant content aligned with a global content strategy and calendar. Deliver targeted regional campaigns for critical roles, driving improved application volume and quality.
- Analyse and optimise performance: Track and report on key metrics including application rates, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Use data and regional insights to continuously optimise campaigns and inform global strategy improvements.
- Support talent pool development: Activate and engage regional talent pools, including passive candidates, alumni, and silver medalists. Deliver campaigns designed to strengthen pipelines and improve long-term engagement.
- Partner with EMEA Talent Acquisition teams: Collaborate closely with regional TA teams to understand hiring needs and challenges. Translate those needs into effective, measurable marketing solutions. Share insights, results, and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to global projects and best practices: Share regional insights and best practices with a global talent marketing community. Support and/or lead initiatives such as career site enhancements, tooling and technology improvements, and candidate journey optimisation.
