We are currently hiring for a Sales & Client Support opportunity within a leading financial institution, supporting Fixed Income and Islamic Finance transactions across London and Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Global Markets / Fixed Income background who enjoys working closely with Sales, Traders, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless post-trade experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Sales & Client Support across Fixed Income, Treasury and Islamic Finance transactions
  • Manage post-trade events from pre-matching through to settlement
  • Act as a key point of contact for Sales, Traders, clients and internal stakeholders on transaction queries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with London Front Office desks and external clients and brokers
  • Support London Sales-originated Fixed Income & Treasury transactions and Dubai Sales-originated Islamic Finance business
  • Liaise with Paris Head Office and other downstream teams to ensure efficient settlement and minimise exceptions
  • Analyse and resolve outstanding trade issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Support new business initiatives and the development of Islamic Finance activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, controls and reconciliations
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Compliance, Control, Audit and other transversal teams

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Fixed Income & Derivatives products
  • Strong understanding of trade processes and the full trade lifecycle
  • Proven experience managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communication skills with Sales, Traders and Trade Support teams
  • Ability to challenge and improve processes and systems
  • Islamic Finance knowledge is preferred but not essential
  • Resilient, tenacious and positive approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality client service
