Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the private capital raising efforts for our clients, focusing on private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investments. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of our clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capital Raising: Assist in the execution of private capital raising transactions, including equity, debt, and hybrid securities, by preparing offering materials, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with investors and clients.
  • Investor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms, venture capitalists, family offices, and other institutional investors. Conduct regular outreach to identify investment opportunities and match them with client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the private capital markets. Stay informed about industry developments and competitive dynamics.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation analysis, capital structuring, and transaction execution. Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate potential outcomes.
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop high-quality presentations and pitch materials for client meetings, investor presentations, and internal discussions. Clearly communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Transaction Management: Manage the transaction process from inception to closing, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to the highest standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and advisory teams.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the capital raising process. Develop a deep understanding of their business models, strategies, and financial objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, MBA) are a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related financial services, with a focus on capital raising.
