Are you a hands-on developer with strong C#/.NET expertise and experience working directly with trading desks? This is a software proximity position where you’d be building and supporting real-time trading tools used directly by Front Office teams, working closely with traders and quants in a fast-moving live trading environment.

Key requirements (must-have)
- Strong experience in C# / .NET development
- Solid banking background with exposure to Front Office environments
- Good understanding of derivatives and options (Greeks, pricing, curves)
- Experience within Commodities markets (highly preferred)
- Mid–Senior level experience with proven ownership of systems
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with Front Office users to gather, analyse, and anticipate business needs
- Design and deliver custom proximity applications for trading and risk
- Evaluate and propose multiple technical solutions to support business decisions
- Build and maintain robust, scalable systems in a production environment
- Provide hands-on support for business-critical trading tools
- Drive continuous improvement through enhancements, bug fixes, and optimisation
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
- Collaborate with Quants, MO/BO teams, and global IT stakeholders
