We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Functions Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across core business support areas—typically Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, HR, Operations, Technology/IT, Procurement, Marketing/Communications, and Facilities/Office Management. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, drive diverse and high-quality hiring, optimize processes, and build a consistent employer brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle: role scoping, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offers, onboarding handoff.
- Direct sourcing (LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals) with agency management where necessary.
- Design structured selection processes with rubrics to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Build proactive pipelines for critical corporate roles. Segment talent markets and run campaigns for hard-to-fill or niche skills.
- Maintain candidate CRM pools and nurture silver medalists.
- Drive efficiency in ATS workflows (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever); maintain data integrity.
- Standardize job descriptions, interview guides, and scorecards.
- Train interviewers on best practices, inclusive hiring, and bias mitigation.
- Advise on compensation benchmarking; manage approvals and exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy (GDPR), and right-to-work checks.
- Coordinate pre-boarding with HR Operations and hiring team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-4+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency), with a focus on Corporate/Business Support functions.
- Proven success hiring across Finance, Legal, HR, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and related areas.
- Demonstrable track record of increasing direct hiring, improving time-to-hire, and enhancing diversity outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management at senior levels (Head of/Director).
