Lead landmark deals. Shape the future of infrastructure and energy! We’re looking for a high-calibre Executive Director to join a leading Infrastructure & Energy Finance team in London. This is a front-office, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across a diverse portfolio of sectors.

The Opportunity: You’ll sit at the heart of a high-performing team, leading transactions across:

From origination through to execution, you’ll drive deals end-to-end while building long-term relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Origination & Execution: Lead infrastructure and energy finance transactions from initial pitch through to financial close
- Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, developers, and institutional clients
- Deal Structuring: Shape and negotiate complex financing structures and documentation
- Credit Ownership: Oversee credit processes, including preparing and presenting to Credit Committee
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to business development and expand the team’s market presence
- Collaboration: Work closely with syndication, distribution, global markets, and coverage teams
- Advisory: Play a key role in client negotiations and advisory mandates
- Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading and arranging project finance transactions
- Strong track record in deal execution and client relationship management
- Deep understanding of infrastructure & energy markets
- Solid credit analysis, financial modelling, and cashflow structuring skills
