Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 6‑month assignment, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to support senior leadership, work across multiple teams, and play a key role in the smooth running of high‑level operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support across a wide range of tasks, including event planning and logistics coordination.
- Support the Director with diary management, scheduling, preparation of complex stakeholder meetings, and organising travel/logistics.
- Act as a central communication link between Senior Directors, Managing Directors, Program Directors, VPs, and wider network partners—handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare materials ahead of meetings and engagements, including briefing packs, presentations, agendas, reports, and logistical documents.
- Take meeting notes, track actions, and support project management activities as needed.
Person Specification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas, request actions, and support planning and decision‑making.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑geography environment.
- Confident analysing data and drawing actionable insights for managers.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
