About the Company
They are fast-growing tech start up on a mission to empower independent food businesses through smart, accessible digital tools. Their platform helps restaurants, cafes, and food retailers streamline operations, boost sales, and connect more meaningfully with their customers. With thousands of merchants already thriving on their platform across the UK, US, and South Africa, they are scaling rapidly — and building a team that’s as passionate about the mission as their users are. They are not your typical Silicon Valley giant. They move fast, stay scrappy, and care deeply about the communities they serve. If you’re excited by purpose-driven work and want to help build something that matters, you’ll feel right at home there.
About the Role
They are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Sales/GTM Recruiter to help scale their commercial team across global markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and hiring top-performing sales talent — from SDRs to Account Executives — who are hungry to make an impact. This is a hands-on recruiting role with a strong focus on early-stage start-up hiring, personality-based screening, and high-volume outreach. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, founders, and GTM leads to build a world-class sales team that’s passionate, resilient, and customer-obsessed.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for SDR, AE, and BD roles across UK, US, and emerging markets
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes
- Run personality-based screening and sales assessments to evaluate grit, coachability, and selling style
- Source candidates creatively via LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, referrals, and niche platforms
- Manage candidate pipelines, scheduling, and feedback loops with speed and precision
- Represent the brand with warmth, clarity, and authenticity — especially with passive candidates
- Provide market insights and hiring data to inform GTM strategy and headcount planning
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house exposure
- Proven success hiring for SDR/AE/BD roles in tech, retail, or B2B environments
- Experience working with early-stage startups or high-growth scaleups (not legacy tech giants)
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and ability to screen for personality traits and soft skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with global stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and candidate experience instincts
You’ll be joining a company that’s scaling rapidly, with a product that’s already transforming thousands of small businesses. The culture is collaborative, mission-driven, and deeply invested in people — both internally and externally. This is a chance to shape the future of a GTM team from the ground up.
