About the Role:

As a key member of the recruitment team, you’ll take ownership of campus and early careers hiring initiatives, from planning and executing large-scale recruitment events to managing candidate pipelines and data with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver large-scale recruitment events, including assessment centres, campus visits, and early talent initiatives
  • Manage candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday
  • Ensure accurate data management and maintain high levels of data integrity
  • Analyse recruitment data and feedback using Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
  • Create engaging presentations using PowerPoint to support stakeholders and hiring teams
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and university partners
  • Effectively manage schedules, logistics, and competing priorities

About you:

  • A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results
  • 4+ years’ experience in Campus / Early Careers recruitment (essential)
  • Proven experience delivering high-volume or large-scale recruitment campaigns
  • Good working knowledge of ATS systems, with a preference for Workday
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability
  • Comfortable working within a global, dynamic team
