The Global Talent Acquisition team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to sourcing and securing top-tier talent for S&P Global. This role falls within our global Market Intelligence, EDO, S&P Dow Jones Indices and With Intelligence Talent Acquisition team and will report to the EMEA Regional Team. Contract role - Hybrid. Start Date - ASAP.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes, including sourcing, screenings, pipeline development, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage AI and automation to optimize recruitment steps.
- Educate and influence leaders to adopt best practices in recruitment.
- Provide strategic advice using data and market intelligence to guide recruiting decisions.
- Enhance recruitment metrics with talent analytics, focusing on Internal Mobility and Global Mindset.
- Innovate candidate experience strategies to uphold S&P's brand reputation.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 - 5 years of corporate recruiting/sourcing experience required.
