The Senior Talent Advisor will lead full lifecycle recruitment across Investment Banking and Corporate Functions business lines. This role requires deep domain expertise in financial services and the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver top-tier talent in highly competitive markets.

  • Leverage online recruiting resources, internal ATS, and industry networks to identify and attract talent within investment banking and corporate functions.
  • Develop talent pipelines aligned to hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior recruiters on financial services recruiting practices.

Management and Training:
