This is a front-office, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across a diverse portfolio of sectors. The Opportunity You’ll sit at the heart of a high-performing team, leading transactions across: Power & Renewables Transport & Social Infrastructure Natural Resources / Metals & Mining Telecoms & Digital Infrastructure Environmental & Sustainable Projects From origination through to execution, you’ll drive deals end-to-end while building long-term relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing Origination & Execution: Lead infrastructure and energy finance transactions from initial pitch through to financial close Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, developers, and institutional clients Deal Structuring: Shape and negotiate complex financing structures and documentation Credit Ownership: Oversee credit processes, including preparing and presenting to Credit Committee Strategic Growth: Contribute to business development and expand the team’s market presence Collaboration: Work closely with syndication, distribution, global markets, and coverage teams Advisory: Play a key role in client negotiations and advisory mandates Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading and arranging project finance transactions Strong track record in deal execution and client relationship management Deep understanding of infrastructure & energy markets Solid credit analysis, financial modelling, and cashflow structuring skills Experience negotiating complex financing documentation Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing talent Why This Role?
