This venture is at its inflection point. This role is currently equity-heavy with meaningful co-founder stake.
Your Co-Founder Mandate
- Co-develop company vision, technical roadmaps, and product strategy alongside the founding team
- Define and execute our technical strategy with founder-level autonomy and ownership
- Shape overall business strategy, capital allocation, and market positioning
Platform & Technology Leadership
- Continue enhancing our AI-powered ESG platform with cutting-edge innovation
- Design scalable, secure, and performant systems that support global growth
- Build, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team
Business Development & Growth
- Own technical aspects of fundraising; build and maintain investor relationships
- Close lighthouse enterprise deals; negotiate strategic technical partnerships
- Evangelize the company at premier sustainability, GRC, and technology conferences
- Help recruit, motivate, and lead a diverse, high-performance technical team
- Represent the company with customers, partners, investors, and industry leaders
Ideal Co-Founder Profile
- Proven executive-level experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in sustainability, ESG, GRC, ERP, or enterprise software
- Track record in at least two of: fundraising, technical partnerships, scaling startups, or leading engineering teams
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML, data analytics, and software development excellence

- Strategic vision with ability to anticipate technical trends and market opportunities
