Levels is a property management company seeking a hands-on Client Finance Supervisor to own service charge accounting across a portfolio of residential blocks in the UK. You will supervise the finance team and ensure accurate reconciliations, budgets and client money handling.
Strong double-entry bookkeeping, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of block management software (Blockman preferred; Qube/TRAMPS/PropMan experience welcome) are essential. AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications are desirable.
