Levellr is the enterprise marketing solution for Discord, used by some of the world's largest gaming companies (Scopely, Krafton, Epic), brands (Google & YouTube) and music labels (Universal, Warner) to help them grow, manage and monetize communities on Discord. We are seeking our first People Operations Manager to own the operational and cultural infrastructure of our fastâgrowing startup. This is a critical, highâleverage role reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You will be the engine that ensures our team is supported, our systems are compliant, and our culture thrives as we scale globally. If you are passionate about building scalable processes from scratch and thrive on extreme ownership across People, Business Operations, and culture, this is your opportunity to define the future of our company. This is a unique opportunity to join a fastâgrowing startup as we continue our global expansion and look to double in size in 2026. You'll be an integral part of shaping our team, culture, and growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle: Own the full administrative lifecycle from onboarding (Right to Work checks, systems access, HRIS management) through offboarding.
- Company Culture & Training: You will be responsible for creating and sustaining a positive employee experience. This can range from regular events, recognition, learning and development programs, to planning our annual global offsite.
- Recruiting Logistics: Serve as the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) administrator (scheduling, postings), manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience through each hiring process.
- IT & Systems Support: Manage the hardware lifecycle (ordering laptops, inventory tracking) and act as the internal administrator for all core SaaS tools (Slack, Notion, GâSuite).
- EA/Admin Support: Manage and schedule complex internal and external meetings for the executive team and provide adâhoc administrative leverage (complex travel bookings, etc.).
- Crossâfunctional Alignment: This role will take on adâhoc projects, where you will have a front row seat to company strategy, supporting different data and analytics needs.
Qualifications
- 3â5+ years of experience in People Operations or a related Business Operations role, preferably in a fastâpaced startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of detailâoriented tasks without error (e.g., managing a complex payroll process).
- High proficiency and experience managing both an HRIS (e.g., Deel, Rippling) and an ATS (e.g., Polymer, Greenhouse).
- A strong, positive bias toward action, a "no task too small" mentality, and the ability to maintain discretion with confidential data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly communicating complex policies across all levels of the organization.
Bonus Points
- Highly flexible and comfortable operating in high ambiguity, shifting priorities and taking on tasks outside of core People Ops scope.
- A naturally positive and solutionâfocused mindset, thriving on making things run better for the team.
- A demonstrated hunger for growth and a genuine interest in evolving into a People Partner or Operations role longâterm.
