Levellr is the enterprise marketing solution for Discord, used by some of the world’s largest gaming companies, brands, and music labels to help them grow, manage and monetize communities on Discord. As we continue to scale across our core verticals – Gaming, Consumer Brands, and Music – we are hiring a Head of EMEA Sales to accelerate new business growth and help shape a repeatable, scalable commercial playbook. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who loves winning new logos, collaborating closely with founders, and building processes that can scale over time. You will work directly with our CEO / Co‑Founder to refine our go‑to‑market approach, open new enterprise opportunities, and establish a foundation for future revenue expansion.

What you’ll do (first 6‑9 months) – Senior IC Phase

  • Own and drive new business revenue in EMEA: You will act as a senior individual contributor responsible for full‑cycle sales across our core verticals, with particular focus on net‑new enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop and refine our go‑to‑market playbook: Working closely with the CEO, marketing, product and customer success teams, you’ll help build a repeatable, data‑driven sales motion—from ICP definition to messaging, outreach strategy and qualification.
  • Expand our footprint within existing customers: Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities within our largest enterprise accounts as we grow across multiple teams and use cases.
  • Identify new segments and opportunities: Evaluate new markets, verticals, and buying teams across EMEA to inform our future GTM strategy.
  • Work cross‑functionally: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure aligned positioning, pipeline health, and feedback loops that shape both commercial and product roadmaps.

What you’ll take on as we scale

  • Contribute to hiring and onboarding future sales team members.
  • Help define quotas, territories, and segmentation.
  • Support early channel/partner opportunities.
  • Shape our CRM processes, pipeline discipline, and sales metrics (HubSpot).
  • Provide clarity on KPIs including CAC payback, win rates, and pipeline coverage.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise deals and opening new verticals or geographies.
  • Someone who thrives in a “roll up your sleeves” IC environment and is excited to build – not just run – playbooks.
  • Experience partnering closely with founders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Bonus: experience with community, gaming, consumer brands, or music.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and a metrics‑driven approach to selling.

What we value

  • We have ownership.
  • We get things done.
  • We disagree and commit.
  • We grow in uncertainty.

What we offer

  • Genuinely competitive basic salary with strong OTE, plus meaningful early‑stage stock options (full details to be shared during initial interview).
  • Hybrid remote & flexible working.
  • Co‑working access (Soho Works).
  • Home office budget after probation.
