This role will be responsible for managing a blend of new business acquisition and renewal opportunities, building trusted client relationships, and driving pipeline growth across strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage cybersecurity sales opportunities within the UK finance vertical.
  • Build strong relationships with Aon stakeholders, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Manage a balanced portfolio of new logo acquisition and renewal business.
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and territory planning through Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, reporting, and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements impacting financial services clients.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience selling into financial services or regulated industries preferred.
  • Exposure to channel sales and partner‑led motions, ideally involving Aon or similar broker ecosystems.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales forecasting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage both new business development and renewals/account growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Education
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
