We’re looking for an Inbound Sales & Client Services Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in customer-facing or commercial roles who wants to build a career in sales or client services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from partners and law firms
  • Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up actions
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. underwriting, loan management) to move deals forward and ensure a great customer experience
  • Offer an exceptional level of service to customers
  • Share insights from customer interactions to help improve processes and messaging
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and common customer perspectives

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in customer-facing, sales or client service role (e.g. customer success, sales support, account management)
  • A clear communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with legal professionals and professional introducers
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) or eager to learn
