We’re looking for an Inbound Sales & Client Services Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in customer-facing or commercial roles who wants to build a career in sales or client services within financial services, legal markets, and customer success in a fast-paced, growing business.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from partners and law firms
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up actions
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. underwriting, loan management) to move deals forward and ensure a great customer experience
- Offer an exceptional level of service to customers
- Share insights from customer interactions to help improve processes and messaging
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and common customer concerns
