Level Zero is developing biosensor technology for precise monitoring of key endocrine biomarkers. We are backed by top-tier organizations, including redalpine, SOSV and Entrepreneur First. About The Role

We are hiring a Founder Associate to join our rapidly growing team in London to work directly with the founding team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a multi-talented driven person who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys tackling a wide variety of challenges, from clinical study coordination to core operational support. This is a full-time, in-person role primarily based in London, with occasional travel to the US as required by project needs and flexibility for short-term remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Founding Team across core business operations and clinical operations
  • Support the team on clinical and regulatory operations: coordinating internal and external clinical studies, ethics applications, grants applications, and regulatory submissions
  • Assist with operations ranging over: managing contracts, NDAs, payroll, legal documentation, and financials
  • Help optimise internal processes, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities to foster a high-performance company culture
  • Step in where needed to address urgent issues, bridge gaps between teams, and resolve challenges swiftly in a fast-paced environment
