About The Role
We are hiring a Clinical Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing team in London. This role presents a unique opportunity for a multi-talented driven person who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys tackling a wide variety of challenges, leading our clinical studies. This is a full-time, in-person role primarily based in London, with occasional travel to the US as required by project needs and flexibility for short-term remote work.
Some examples of what you might do:
- Own and lead the planning and execution of our clinical studies from design through close-out, including timelines, budgets, ethics applications, site selection, and oversight.
- Author and manage core clinical documentation, including protocols, risk assessments, informed consent forms, participant information sheets, and essential regulatory documents.
- Support the team with grants applications, and regulatory submissions, working cross-functionally with our engineer, scientist and founding teams.
- Build and optimise internal clinical processes, including SOP development, Health & Safety, and supporting traceability requirements within our Quality Management System.
- Develop and maintain a network of clinical collaborators and Key Opinion Leaders to inform study design, feasibility, and future studies.
