You will own day-to-day finance operations, develop systems, processes, and reporting to support growth, and work across finance, operations, grants, and strategic planning in a fast-moving startup environment.
You will partner with leadership to improve internal controls, payroll, budgeting, and grant budgeting while collaborating with R&D and operations teams to scale financial processes.
