We are a new(ish), stealth-mode studio creating a hardcore, punishing shooter experience that demands mastery, precision, and focus. Built in Unreal Engine 5 and operating fully remotely, we’re pushing the limits of real-time graphics and gameplay systems, with a senior team of ex-Bungie, Epic Games, Activision, and Sharkmob developers. We’re not here to play it safe. This is a project for those who thrive on challenge, who crave depth in gameplay, and who want to work at the bleeding edge of visual fidelity and core combat mechanics. We’re fully remote and globally distributed, with team members across Europe, North America, and Asia and optional quarterly team syncs in Dubai.
What You’ll Do
- Build robust gameplay systems and tight combat mechanics using Unreal Engine 5.
- Own the development of core gameplay features from prototype to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with a senior, hands-on team where your voice and craft matter.
- Work directly in-engine, this is a deeply individual contributor role with a focus on clean code and elite execution.
- Be part of a no-nonsense, high-performance development culture: small team, big ambition.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep mastery of gameplay engineering in Unreal Engine 5.
- A track record of delivering high-quality gameplay, ideally on shooters or systems-heavy titles.
- A flexible, startup mindset, you know how to adapt and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication, independence, and pride in your craft.
- Bonus: Experience with high-stakes, competitive multiplayer games.
We are not looking for someone who has spent 10 years doing the same thing in one studio. We want someone hungry, self-driven, and ready to help build something fresh.
Why Join Us?
- Unlimited holidays and a bonus structure that rewards impact.
- Work from anywhere – timezone flexibility across the globe.
- Quarterly Dubai retreats (optional if you have family/travel constraints).
- Join a stealth title with massive potential – and the talent to pull it off.
- No micromanagement. No fluff. Just exceptional game development.
