Role Overview

The Development Manager will play a key role in driving financial growth by increasing the penetration of insurance sales across a wide-ranging client base. This is a highly varied and field-based position that requires excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with mid- and senior-level dealership management, analysing performance data, delivering training, and supporting sales teams with tailored development programmes aimed at maximising insurance sales and profitability.
