What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support category development – Ensure the catering supplies range is up-to-date, competitive, and aligned with market trends.
  • Coordinate new product launches – Work with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams to maximise exposure and sales opportunities.
  • Optimise product performance – Identify slow/zero-selling products and implement action plans to drive sales or exit stock effectively.
  • Maintain product data accuracy – Ensure all product details (barcodes, descriptions, supplier codes) are current and correct in the systems.
  • Resolve supplier & finance queries – Work closely with buyers and finance teams to ensure seamless supplier transactions and issue resolution.
  • Analyse commodity price trends – Monitor pricing movements to support commercial decision-making.
