Responsibilities
- Direct staff
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
- Language: English proficiency required.
