You'll be the go-to contact for several sports, supporting preparation and delivery alongside a collaborative, dynamic Games Delivery team. Your work will directly impact athlete wellbeing, team cohesion, and performance success on an international stage.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the main point of contact for several sports in the lead-up to and during the Games.
  • Support team leaders and athletes to create a positive, high-performing environment.
  • Embed team values at every stage of planning and delivery.
  • Help design athlete spaces and services that meet Games-time needs.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure inclusive, efficient, athlete-focused plans.
  • Adapt during Games-time, providing logistics and preparation camp support as plans evolve.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working in or around high-performance sport.
  • Understanding of creating inclusive team environments.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence managing relationships under pressure.
  • A calm, proactive approach in fast-paced settings.
  • Experience working with NGBs or large sporting events (desirable).

  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours when needed.

Your First 6 Months

  • Build relationships with sport leads, athletes, and internal teams.
  • Develop Games-time plans tailored to each sport you’re supporting.
  • Embed core values into planning and delivery.
  • Contribute to final preparations that ensure a positive Games experience for all.
