About the role

  • Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on LEVC products, along with pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.
  • Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.
  • Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with manufacturer requirements.
  • Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
  • Complete the necessary documentation in respect to warranty work.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work bay.

Experience to succeed

  • Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a track record of delivering results as an automotive technician within the franchised automotive sector.
  • Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.
  • Must have own tools available and a clean valid UK Driving Licence.
