About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team and help lead the delivery of high-quality care. In addition to delivering care, you will support the induction of new staff and liaise with care coordinators.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in domiciliary or residential care
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
- Senior pay grade
- Paid mileage and travel time
