Property Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Liverpool for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance supervision, rent collection, and lease management. Tasks include coordinating property maintenance, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and addressing tenant concerns. The Property Manager will also conduct property inspections, manage contractor services, and report on property statuses to senior management.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Maintenance Supervision, and Tenant Relations skills
• Experience in Rent Collection and Lease Management
• Budget Management and Financial Reporting skills
• Knowledge of Property Regulations and Compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Liverpool
• A relevant degree or certification in Property Management or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
