Leukaemia Care Navigator is based on the Haematology Ward at Clatterbridge Hospital, Wirral, providing non-clinical patient support. The role focuses on referring patients, carers and families to advocacy, welfare, support groups and Leukaemia Care services, with clear signposting to other organisations.
You will record all work for administration, using provided laptop/tablet; parking is reimbursed. The post is 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday) pro rata, with salary cICP and progression
