Leukaemia Care Navigator role based at The Clatterbridge Hospital on the Haematology Ward/Clinic, 15 hours per week across Wednesday and Thursday. You will support patients, carers and families, signposting to services, and record activity in Raiser's Edge.
The role is non-clinical, with a laptop and tablet provided and parking reimbursement. Salary £26,228 per annum pro rata (up to £28,325 depending on experience) plus benefits; closing date 9 November.
