Leukaemia Care is seeking a Navigator to support patients on Haematology Ward/clinic at University College London Hospital, London. The role is non-clinical, 15 hours weekly, with tasks including signposting, information provision and referrals.

You will liaise with healthcare professionals, support patients and carers, and record activities for reporting. Laptop and mobile provided; parking reimbursement available.
