The Role
We are a forward thinking, progressive, innovative healthcare charity, providing exceptional respite holidays for people with neurological conditions. Working as a key member of a multi‑disciplinary care team, you’ll provide person‑centred care to guests supporting them with evening activities including personal care. This position is 12 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to guests
- Support all aspects of daily living, including personal care and nutrition
- Contribute to shift handovers and ongoing care reviews
- Support emotional, pastoral and spiritual wellbeing of guests and families
- Promote dignity, independence, equality and choice at all times
- Organisation & Coordination
- Support guest admissions and departures, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience
- Support guest activities, outings and appointments
- Team & Leadership
- Work collaboratively with care teams to maintain high standards
- Support, guide and develop staff, including training where required

Person Specification
- Right to work in the UK (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Preferred due to our remote location)
- No experience necessary (fully funded training provided)
- Good communication skills

- Completion of a satisfactory Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check
