The Role
As part of our multi-disciplinary care team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our guests. This includes:
- Supporting with daily activities and personal care
- Encouraging independence and dignity
- Taking part in social activities, outings, and experiences that make each stay special

Flexible Opportunities Available
We are currently recruiting for:
- Full time Care Assistant (70hrs per fortnight)
- Part-time Care Assistant roles (approx. 42 and 49 hours per fortnight rota, or flexible combinations)
- Bank / seasonal staff – ideal for students or those seeking summer work
This flexibility makes the role perfect for those balancing other commitments.
Salary & Benefits
