As part of our multi-disciplinary care team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our guests. This includes:

  • Supporting with daily activities and personal care
  • Encouraging independence and dignity
  • Taking part in social activities, outings, and experiences that make each stay special

This is a unique care role where you’re not just supporting daily needs, you’re helping create meaningful holiday experiences.

Flexible Opportunities Available

We are currently recruiting for:

  • Part-time Care Assistant roles (approx. 42 and 49 hours per fortnight rota, or flexible combinations)
  • Bank / seasonal staff – ideal for students or those seeking summer work

This flexibility makes the role perfect for those balancing other commitments.
