London (Hoxton, 5 days in-office) | £55-75K + Equity | Start: March/April 2026

About Letty: Letty will be the last-ever real estate agent: a series of fully automated, agentic-AI-driven end-to-end real estate employees to radically transform how homes are rented and sold around the world. We’ve raised over $5.5M USD from top-tier VCs, backed by Entrepreneurs First, and are live in agencies across the UK with early US traction. If you want to be in the driver’s seat rebuilding how our entire society lives - this is your chance. Opportunities like these don’t come often.

The once-in-a-lifetime challenge: Property still runs on scribbles, spreadsheets, and "sorry, we missed your call." Think about the last time you rented or bought a house. The real estate agent and property manager were likely a painful experience. At Letty we’re replacing the entire real estate agency stack with a series of domain-specialist AI workers that negotiate rents, book viewings, dispatch tradespeople, and reconcile ledgers - while we sleep. Letty is solving an expensive, fragmented, compliance-heavy, labour-intensive, and deeply inefficient market. Stitching together compliance, payments, maintenance, and tenant experience into a seamless platform that landlords and tenants actually love.

As our Founder’s Associate you will…

  • Be the operational backbone of the company, working directly alongside the CEO. You’ll get a front-row, pilot-seat view of building a venture-backed company from the ground up: processes, systems, hiring pipelines, investor comms, finance ops, legal - all of it.
  • You won’t be inheriting someone else’s systems; you’ll have the creative freedom to create them from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in chaos and turns it into order.

What You’ll Own:

  • Operations & company building: Build the operational infrastructure of a scaling startup from scratch; tools, processes, documentation, reporting. Company operations: contracts, insurance, filings, onboarding documentation, vendor management. Be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks as the team grows.
  • Hiring & people: Run the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and commercial roles, sourcing, screening, external provider management, offer coordination. Build the hiring infrastructure: interview processes, candidate pipelines. Own early-stage people ops as the team grows: onboarding, culture, making Letty a place top talent wants to join.
  • Finance & legal: Coordinate payroll, accounting with exterior providers. Liaise with lawyers on commercial contracts, employment law, IP, and corporate matters. Keep the financial and legal house in order so the founders can focus on product and customers.
  • CEO support & strategy: Be a thought partner on strategic decisions: market entry, pricing, partnerships, hiring priorities. Research, analyse, and build the materials that support key business decisions. Represent the company externally in emails, calls, and meetings, conferences when needed.
  • GTM function building: Investor relations & fundraising support. Prepare board materials and keep our investor relationships warm between rounds.

No two days will look the same. Monday you might be drafting an investor update. Tuesday you’re screening engineering candidates. Wednesday you’re setting up payroll. Thursday you’re prepping a demo for a customer managing 80,000 properties. Friday you’re building the onboarding process. That’s the job. If getting a front row execution seat on company building excites you, read on.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ex-founder, Chief of Staff, Founder’s Associate, or early startup ops experience. You’ve either built something yourself or been the right hand to someone who has. You know what "do whatever it takes" actually means.
  • Obsessively organised with an ability to manage 20 things at once without dropping any. You follow up without being asked. You see the gap before anyone else does and you fill it.
  • Low ego, high standards. No task is beneath you, no problem is someone else’s.
  • Strong written communication. You’ll represent the company to investors, customers, and partners. Your writing is clear, concise, and doesn’t need editing.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll figure things out, not wait for instructions. If something needs doing, you pick it up.
  • Relentlessly resourceful. You Claude it, ask around, try three approaches, and come back with an answer, not a question.
  • Based in London with ability to work in-person in Hoxton 5 days a week. This role doesn’t work remote.

Nice to Have:

  • Consulting, investment banking, or prior startup experience where you got your hands dirty and into the weeds, not just making slides.
  • Experience hiring technical talent (engineers, ML/AI roles).
  • Interest in real estate and AI.
  • You’ve worked in a high-growth environment where things moved fast and broke often, and you loved it.

Who This is NOT For:

  • Someone who needs to be told what to do every day.
  • Someone who can’t handle ambiguity, context-switching, and moving fast with incomplete information.
  • Someone who thinks ops work is "beneath" them.
  • You want high level 'strategy' work and not 'execution' work.
  • You want a boring 9-5 job.

What You Get:

  • Direct mentorship from the CEO; you’ll see every aspect of building a venture-backed company: fundraising, product, sales, hiring, strategy.
  • Meaningful equity in a company with strong early traction, $5.5M in funding, and a massive global market.
  • A role that grows with the company - as we scale, you’ll grow into Head of Ops, Chief of Staff, Head of Growth, or whatever direction fits your ambition and talent.
  • A front-row seat to building something that changes how millions of people rent, buy, and live around the world.
  • A team that’s obsessed with winning small, fast, and building something that matters.
